Training with Shawn has helped me in so many ways...my line mate and I got a chance over the summer to go out and train with Shawn. All the hard work paid off as we are now in the top 50 in the nation for for scoring believe me his training produces big time results as I have never felt so strong and confident in my ability.

Shawn is one of those guys that not only has alot of knowledge, but
also loves what he does. Shawn was an elite athlete himself, which helps other athletes buy into what he preaches. Shawn is also not afraid to go out and sweat a little and train with his athletes helping push them harder, as well as having himself be pushed along the way... I think this alone is what makes Shawn special...Shawn is hands down the best strength and conditioning trainer I have ever worked with both as a person and as a coach.

Working with Shawn last summer was the best training experience of my life. It was the first summer I got serious about training and Shawn really helped me push myself. He helped me learn how to unleash more of my potential and when the season started I felt strong and my confidence was skyrocketing. He is great if your training for athletic reasons for the first time, or if you have been training for awhile and are looking to get that extra edge.

My line mate Shane Archey and I trained with Shawn a lot this summer and he is also very hands on with your specific training goals. As a hockey player I wanted to put on a little weight without losing speed. Not only did I put on weight and not lose speed, but I got a step faster when tryouts came around. Shawn's training not only makes you a better athlete but you get a sense of a work ethic from hitting the gym hard. As Shawn told me many times, "You only get out of training what you put into it." That really pushed me to give it my all every time I got in there. He is a great trainer and an even better guy.
