GAMESPEED TESTIMONIALS

It was a number of years ago that I met Shawn. At first I was dutifully impressed with a young coach seeking to gain knowledge and pass it on to his athletes. He absorbed & dissected information at a extraordinary pace but always taking the time to truly understand what "it" all meant and how he could not only better his athletes on the field but in life. As I continued to work with Shawn, I learnt more about him and his extraordinary dedication and ability as a coach and mentor. With the development of the Renegade certified team of coaches I wished to establish an elite team that would stand above the rest to which I know Shawn is a cornerstone that we can all rely upon. I am proud to have Shawn as a major part of Renegade Training and so will you as he leads you to a bright future. -John Daives, Founder of Renegade Training

I have been working with Shawn for the past five years, and have never looked for another sports specific trainer after my first session. I recommend Shawn to any committed athlete who wants not only to improve his or her speed but their overall athleticism. Shawn’s knowledge and careful management of my athletic development has truly been a staple in my athletic success. Shawn has been there for me through both the ups and downs of my athletic career as my trainer but also as a mentor, training resource, and friend. I truly believe in Shawn’s service and recommend him to anyone who strives to be the best. - Brent Rotz Seneca Valley High School Lacrosse Class of 2009 NCAA Collegiate Lacrosse Student / Athlete

Over the past 20 years I have had the opportunity to train with and compete against State, National, European, World, and Olympic champions. They all have 3 things in common...belief in themselves, cauliflower ear and a great strength and conditioning coach. Shawn Moody's training program is for any wrestler who wants to train the way the champions do. - Matthew Kaus /Accomplishments: Empire State Games Gold Medalist / 3x NY State Champion / Coaches Classic All-American / 4x USA National Team Member / University of Pittsburgh Wrestling

I've worked with or consulted for basically every baseball strength & conditioning coach on the planet and I can honestly say Shawn Moody belongs in the handful of the best. He has the unique ability to develop athletic ability that translates on to the diamond. If you have a chance to train with Shawn you should do whatever it takes. He has my highest recommendation. - Jon Doyle / www.baseballtrainingsecrets.com

I have been training with Shawn Moody for some time now and I can tell you that the change in my strength, speed and play on the field are amazing. Everyone wants to know what I am doing – especially my coaches. Shawn doesn’t just bring some cones and a ladder to a field and strap a parachute on your back. He studies your individual mechanics and pays a lot of attention to your strengths and weaknesses. I think Shawn’s focus on core strength training and explosiveness are the key to making you a better athlete, no matter what sport you play. I’ve learned that you can’t focus on just strength, or just speed or just agility, you have to develop all three. Shawn does that. He makes things interesting and understandable and that makes me want to work harder. I recommend Shawn to anyone who wants to get better. - Jake McAndrew #4 / Seneca Valley High School Lacrosse Class of 2010 NCAA Collegiate Lacrosse Student / Athlete

Working with Shawn over the past year has without a doubt made Matthew a better athlete and baseball player…at the end of last year’s baseball tournament season, We evaluated Matthew’s strengths and weakness. A key weakness was Matt’s speed and quickness. Looking to improve both of these aspects, I ordered books on the topic and found that developing my own program was not the best choice…We selected Shawn on the premise that we wanted to get started at an early age because you cannot build speed overnight. Shawn evaluated Matt and worked with him consistently from September thought March…I was so impressed with Shawn that I invited Shawn to put together a program for 20 of Matt’s piers…which received positive accolades. During the 2007 season Matt made some outstanding plays in the field at 3b at SS and Catcher…and led the league in Home Runs…Comments from Matt’s hitting coach all winter long where “man all of a sudden he has developed power”…I did not realize that speed and agility incorporated power… All year long many coaches commented on Matt being the top of his class…Matt stuck out as having quick reaction in the field and had many successful put outs as Catcher…without a doubt Shawn influenced every aspect of his game… Needless to say Shawn is my trainer of choice…- Coach Michael J.
